1.4 Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its associated networks, or third-party services.
1.5 Perform any activities designed to compromise the security, reliability, or performance of the Platform, such as excessive resource usage, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized security testing.
1.6 Engage in spamming, phishing, or distributing unsolicited communications.
1.7 Transmit any material that is defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, extremist, or potentially radicalizes others.
1.8 Use the Platform to harm or exploit minors in any way.
2. Data Usage and Privacy
2.1 All data accessed, processed, or stored using the Platform must comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2.2 Prohibited uses of data include:
- Selling, sharing, or renting data without appropriate authorization.
- Using data for purposes not explicitly permitted by the data owner or governing regulations.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that data shared with the Platform is accurate, lawful, and used only for approved purposes.
3. Responsibilities and Compliance
3.1 You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that your use of the Platform aligns with this Policy and applicable laws.
- Managing access credentials securely to prevent unauthorized use.
- Ensuring compliance by your end users (if applicable).
3.2 Any use of third-party services integrated with the Platform must comply with their respective terms and conditions.
3.3 You agree to cooperate fully with the Company in any investigations related to violations of this Policy.
4. Interactive Features and Content Standards
4.1 If the Platform offers interactive features (e.g., chat rooms, blogs, or bulletin boards), you are prohibited from contributing content that:
- Contains defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory material.
- Promotes violence, illegal activity, or sexually explicit material.
- Infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.
- Harasses, threatens, or causes distress to others.
4.2 Contributions must:
- Be accurate where they state facts.
- Reflect genuinely held opinions.
- Comply with applicable laws.
4.3 The Company may moderate interactive features and remove content that violates this Policy, but moderation is not guaranteed, and you use such features at your own risk.
5. Enforcement and Consequences
